🗑️ Delete Your Account

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

What Will Be Deleted:

Your profile information (name, email)
All project participation history
Wallet balance and transaction records
Usage statistics and test records
All notifications and settings

💡 Important: Please withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet before deleting your account. Once deleted, you will not be able to access your funds.

How to Delete Your Account:

Open the TesterHive mobile app
Go to Profile tab (bottom navigation)
Tap on Settings ⚙️
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Read the warning message carefully
Enter your password to confirm
Tap "Confirm Deletion"

Alternative Method - Email Request:

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Email: 12testerhive@gmail.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

Your registered email address
Your full name
Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.

Data Retention After Deletion:

After account deletion:

Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and you cannot log in
Within 30 days: All personal data will be permanently deleted
Legal compliance: Some transaction records may be retained for 7 years as required by law
